Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. MIZO will provide you with one additional day (that’s four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.
If you are having any issues with any aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
All orders will ship within 6-9 business days from the date of payment. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen.
All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.
If the shipping address is different from the address provided through the system, please contact us prior to payment. If no special instruction has been provided, MIZO will send the order to the address provided through the system.
Please note that customers outside Israel shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
In order to exchange or refund your purchase please inform us first via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Purchased items may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the day of your receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition: not worn, used, washed, modified or damaged.
The identification tag must be still attached to the item.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or new item base on stock availability upon receipt within fourteen days.
You can return a product within 2 business days after receiving the package and get money refund, less a 5% cancellation fee.
The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for order.
The sale items must be returned within 7 working days to the shop.
There is no money refund on sale items, however you can get unlimited time credit if you’ll like to return your purchase.

If you’re purchasing a MIZO item as a gift, special packaging and a hand written note can be included at no extra cost. Please use our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the occasion, shipping address, and personal message to be included in the package.
